Introducing the Ford Promise; a complimentary vehicle return program allowing eligible customers to return their vehicle in the event of an involuntary job loss within the first 12 months of their contract. We know how sensitive these times are, so we’re offering customers up to $15,000 of their account balance waived with an approved claim.

Eligibility requirements:
- Purchase or Lease of any New, Demo, Used and CPO Vehicles
- All terms and tiers up to 84 months
- Personal use contracts only
- Contracts dated June 26th, 2020 to September 30th, 2020
- Customers eligibility is determined by originating dealership location
Exclusions:
- Program not available in OR & NY
- Contracts written in a Business name and/or marked as commercial use
- Contracts written in a Business name and/or marked as commercial use
- Advance Payment Leases, TRAC, Seasonal Payment Contracts and Ford Options Plan
How to Administer:
- Ford Promise addendum form to be signed by customer at signing ceremony in addendum states
- Contracts missing the Ford Promise Addendum form will be held for funding
- Insurance Certificate will be mailed to customers by the Underwriter in Insurance Certificate states.
- Ford Promise Addendum will be automatically administered in RouteOne for eContracting and included in the contract package sent to Ford Credit
- Ford Promise Addendum will also be available in FMCDealer
